Payments and Shipping

At Istorja our aim is to serve you in the best possible way and offer you a pleasurable shopping experience. We accept credit card payments via PayPal as well as cash payments upon delivery. If you don't have a PayPal account yet - it will take just a few minutes to open one during your check out. All prices shown are inclusive of value added  tax.  

SHIPPING WITHIN CYPRUS: We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders over 40€. For all orders under 40€ shipping is charged at a Standard Rate of 3,50€. We will ship to your nearerst Akis Express based on your address and you will be notified once your order is ready for pickup. Please allow 1-2 working days for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We would be happy to ship to you anywhere in the world. Because of the variety of our products please send us an email so that we can offer you the best possible shipping quotation. If you are located outside the EU you may be required to pay customs and import taxes.

If for any reason the goods are not picked up and are returned back to us, Istorja reserves the right to charge you an additional handling fee.

Returns and Refunds Policy

We hope you are satisfied with your shopping experience and our products. Please note that when you buy a product from Istorja you are in most cases buying a product that is made by hand. Inconsistencies may occur in either shape or colour and this is part of the uniqueness of our products. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please send us an email explaining why you are returning and informing us if you would like to exchange with something else. We would be happy to accept return within 15 days of purchase only if Items are returned in their original condition, with their tags attached and in their original box. Once the product is received we will send you the replacement or refund your card minus the original shipping charges. Please allow 8-10 days for your exchange or your refund to be processed. You will be notified by email once this is done
